This painting was created En Plein Air during the "Paint It Ellicott City" plein air event in June 2024. The subject is the runnind water of Patapsco River after heavy rains, very fast and noisy. It's a very interesting spot, where the small Tiber River falls into Patapsco River, right under the Railroad Bridge, the historic entrance into the historic Ellicott City. Painted on spot in two sessions. It received the AARP of Maryland Artist Award.
